Donation Policy

Purpose of Donations

Donations received by BNK Seva Trust may be used for the temple project, food seva, education support, healthcare support, environmental seva, community welfare, approved administrative costs, and other charitable objects of the Trust.

Donor Information

Donors should provide accurate name, contact, and payment information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay receipts, acknowledgements, or compliance reporting.

Receipts

Receipts are issued after payment confirmation and internal verification. Any statutory or tax-exemption certificate is issued only where applicable under Trust policy and law.

Donation Allocation

Where a donor selects a preferred purpose, the Trust will make reasonable efforts to use the donation for that purpose. If a project is complete, unavailable, or administratively impractical, the Trust may apply funds to similar charitable purposes.

Anonymous Donations

Donors may request public anonymity. However, the Trust may still retain donor details internally and disclose them to auditors, banks, payment providers, or statutory authorities where required.

Foreign Contributions

Foreign contributions, if applicable, can be accepted only in accordance with valid statutory permissions and applicable Indian law.
